6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. We currently offer the following delivery options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Next Day Delivery: Available on orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

6.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
6.4. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
6.5. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once delivered.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.
7.2. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.
7.3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
7.4. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7.5. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7.6. Exemptions: The right to cancel does not apply to personalised, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings, cosmetics, or opened packaging).

8.2. You are entitled to a replacement or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
