Shipping policy

UK Orders

• Orders received before 9:00 AM UK time (Monday to Friday) are aimed to be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail or Evri tracked services.
• Standard delivery aims to reach you within 2 working days, depending on your postcode. In some remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
• Customers can choose Special/Fast/Next Day Delivery at an extra cost. Orders for next-day delivery received before 3:00 PM UK time are dispatched the same day, aiming to arrive within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday). Delivery times in remote areas may still take up to 7 days, depending on Royal Mail’s coverage.

International & Ireland Orders

• International parcels aim to be delivered within 7–10 working days. Additional shipping charges apply based on the destination country.

Tracking & Notifications

• All parcels shipped with Royal Mail are provided with a tracking number.
• You can track your order here.
• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email containing your tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

General Guidelines

• Delivery timeframes start from the day after your order is placed, unless otherwise specified.
• While we aim to deliver next day where applicable, peak periods or unforeseen circumstances may extend delivery times. The delivery timeframe you select at checkout will always reflect the estimated dispatch window, not guaranteed delivery.
• If your order is not received within the stated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
• We reserve the right to investigate undelivered orders or returns to ensure all issues are resolved fairly.

Notes for Customers

• “Dispatch” refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, not when it will be delivered.
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
• For remote locations, public holidays, or exceptionally busy periods, allow additional time for delivery.
